Richelle has a deep-rooted background in real estate that dates back to her childhood. Having both her parents as Realtors, Richelle grew to love the business from a young age. Today, history repeats itself as she runs her own real estate team alongside her husband, Josh West. Together they form The West Team and focus on residential real estate in the city of Ottawa and surrounding areas.

In 2008, Richelle graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Her passion for human rights and global affairs inspired her to pursue a career in helping others while her strong interest in business and her family history led her to Real Estate.
